Where can I spend my points?
Below, we show you the restaurants where you can spend your points.
How do I know how many points I've earned?
When you make a booking online, your points will be shown as pending on my account. Once you have rated the restaurant, we will automatically award you the points.
How do I rate a restaurant?
After you've dined at the restaurant, we will send you an email asking you to rate the restaurant, then just follow the links.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have enough points and have chosen the restaurant from the list above, simply make the booking as normal. During the booking steps, you will be asked if you would like to redeem your Restalo points.
We will also send you a confirmation email with the total points you have used and we will inform the restaurant, so you can enjoy your free meal. |
1. Points are only given for restaurants booked directly online, through Restalo.com.
2. If a diner does not honour a booking, and fails to cancel prior to that booking, on 3 or more occasions then Restalo reserves the right to cancel all Restalo Points earned up to that date and terminate the users account.
3. Points that are not redeemed will expire one year from the date they are earned.
4. Points are only given for bars or clubs booked online through Restalo.com.
5. Only dining in the restaurant counts – e.g. not takeaways.
6. Restalo.com reserves the right to terminate the Points Scheme or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number of Points accumulated by the user.
7. If Restalo.com believes that a user is abusing the Points scheme then Restalo reserves the right to terminate the users account.
8. Restalo.com is not responsible for awarding Points if, for any reason, the diner is unable to make or honour an online booking.
9. Restalo.com may at any time withdraw, modify or cancel the number of Restalo Points required for redemption.
10. Restalo.com no concederá ningún Punto Restalo si el usuario cancela la reserva o si no se presenta en el restaurante.
11. Restalo.com will not issue any Restalo Points to the diner should a booking be cancelled or the diner does not show.
12. Restalo Points earned from two or more different diner's accounts cannot be combined on the same reservation.
13. Points cannot be redeemed in December or Valentine's Day of any year.
14. Pending points expire if not rated in one month.
15. Restalo.com reserves the right to change redemption restaurants at any time. |
