Sargantana Restaurant is located on the left side of River Turia. It is a venue with only 11 tables, allowing them to offer a personal service, and showing their love for gastronomy.

After a much studied reform undertaken by Jerez Poquet, they have created a warm and pleasant venue, based on the design as a way to reach a modern and relaxing atmosphere, where you can enjoy the pleasure of eating in good company.

One of the specialties of Sargantana Restaurant is wine tasting in Valencia, either in the restaurant or elsewhere. They offer a different way to make a business presentation or a family gathering.
