Dolso Restaurant is a cosy and cosmopolitan place frequented by a diverse public. Here you will find a creative and fusion cuisine with quality products in an informal and friendly atmosphere. They have both menu at noon (11,90€) as at night with more elaborate dishes.
Dolso Restaurant was created by Lorena Calderon and Pablo Dellepiane, two pastry-makers with a long record in the world of gastronomy in several countries and prestigious restaurants such as Martin Berasategui, El Bulli Hotel, Mugaritz and Akelarre in Spain, or The Ryland Inn in the United States.
They have recently opened a pastry shop in the street Boters nr.8 at 50 meters from the cathedral. There they sell all their sweetness to take away, including their homemade ice creams and chocolates.

Giulia (Couple) , Sono stata al Dolso con mio marito ed abbiamo scelto il menu speciale Restalo. Ottimo il baccalà con marmellata di pomodori, per non parlare dei dolci.Lo raccomando vivamente. Ho già prenotato per il prossimo sabato!

Vanya (Couple) , At first, I didn´t like the restaurant, it´s too small and there is lack of intimacy, but on the other hand the dessert was delicious! Maybe we´ll try it again mainly because of the dessert.
