1. Search restaurants
From the homepage, either use the quick search box or the restaurant finder to search that restaurant you've been aching to try. You can search by restaurant name, area, postcode, cuisine, price, ambience, type of cuisine, and number of people.
Tip: If you're searching for restaurants with special offers and discounts, tick the box.

2. Refine your search
Use the filters on the top of your search results page to sort the restaurants by popularity, price, restaurant name, discounts and even close to different points of interest. On the left hand side you can also use the filters provided to narrow your results by area, best for, additional services and discounts and offers.
Tip: If you want to make a last minute reservation and most of the restaurants are fully booked, search again ticking the box “Online bookings”.

3. Book your table online
Our clever system will show you a range of days and discounts available. Please choose a day to view available times and discounts for your dining slot. Just select the time and number of people, then book your table online for free. Your booking is confirmed and your table will be waiting for you.
Tip: Or, if you prefer, you can choose an alternative date by clicking “or alternative date”. We will always show you the available times and discounts within the following 7 days from your chosen date.

Do I have to call the restaurant to confirm my booking?
No. When you make a booking online, your booking is confirmed straight away in real time. Your table will be waiting for you!
How is the discount applied?
The discount will be applied to your total bill, when paying.
What happens if I'm late?
If you arrive at the restaurants more than 15 minutes later than the booking time, the restaurant reserves the right to keep the booking conditions.
Can I modify my booking?
No. All bookings are confirmed. If there are any changes in your plans, please cancel your booking as soon as possible and make a new one.
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking through the booking confirmation email, your booking section in your account or even calling the restaurant yourself. As soon as you know that you will not be able to make it, please cancel as soon as possible.
What happens if I don't honour a booking and fail to cancel prior to the booking?
If a diner does not honour a booking, and fails to cancel prior to that booking, in more than 1 occasion then Restalo reserves the right to terminate the users account.

No. We will contact you to confirm the availability in the restaurants where you have made a group request and your booking will be confirmed strait away in real time.
How long do I have to wait for an availability confirmation?
After you have sent a group request we will check the availability with the restaurant/s within the next 48 hours. We will send you an email as soon as we hear back from the restaurant/s. You can also check the status of your group requests under the “group requests” tag in your account.
How long in advance should I book for my group?
You should send your booking request at least 4 days before the event. Once you receive the availability confirmation you should book the restaurant within 48 hours.
