RESTALO - How it works?

1. Search restaurants From the homepage, you can use the restaurant search to find the restaurant you want. You can search by city, region, district, street, cuisine, name, and even ambience. In advanced search you can also filter by price, online reservations, cuisine, atmosphere, groups, special offers and much more. Tip: To find restaurants with special offers and discounts select the option "Only special offers" in the advanced search.

2. Refine your search Use the filters on the top of your search results page to sort the restaurants by popularity, price, restaurant name, discounts and even close to different points of interest. On the left hand side you can also use the filters provided to narrow your results by area, best for, additional services and discounts and offers. Tip: If you want to make a last minute reservation and most of the restaurants are fully booked, search again ticking the box “Online bookings”.

3. Book your table online Our clever system will show you a range of days and discounts available. Please choose a day to view available times and discounts for your dining slot. Just select the time and number of people, then book your table online for free. Your booking is confirmed and your table will be waiting for you. Tip: Or, if you prefer, you can choose an alternative date by clicking “or alternative date”. We will always show you the available times and discounts within the following 7 days from your chosen date.

1. Search group restaurants From home, you can use the restaurant search to find a restaurant suitable for you. You can search by name, city, cuisine, ambience or even price. It is very important that you always include the number of guests that will attend your reservation. Tip: If you want a more intimate or private evening, you can activate the option "Only private rooms" that appears below the search and you can also locate all the restaurants in the area easily by checking the "View results on the map".

2. Refine your search Now you can search a list of restaurants with their menus for groups. At the top you can filter them by popularity, price, name, discount, or even popular landmarks. On the left you can also filter the restaurants by location, ideal for discounts or additional services. Handy tip: If you would like to send the menu to the other guests in your reservation, you can click on the "Send Menu" button to the right of the group menu. Just include the email address of you friends, send the menu and click "Submit".

3. Book on-line with discounts In each restaurant's page you can find the days and discounts available. Select the day you prefer to view timings and discounts. You only need to click "Book" in the hour that interests you to begin making your reservation quickly and easily. You can request a reservation for up to three different restaurants. Restalo will contact the restaurant to confirm their availability. Once Restalo have confirmed availability, you will receive an email from which you can confirm your reservation. Tip: If you book your table for a later date, click on "find another date" and choose the date you prefer, you can view the next 7 days with hours and discounts.

4. Let Restalo do it for you If you would like to organise a group dinner, but don’t have the time to think about what restaurant suits you, Restalo will happily do it all for you. So just click on the "we will organise for you" button. You'll find a simple form where you can include information such as time, budget, private room or type of event, and Restalo will find the restaurant that best suits your needs.

Do I have to call the restaurant to confirm my booking?
No. When you make a booking online, your booking is confirmed straight away in real time. Your table will be waiting for you!

How is the discount applied?
The discount will be applied to your total bill, when paying.

What happens if I'm late?
If you arrive at the restaurants more than 15 minutes later than the booking time, the restaurant reserves the right to keep the booking conditions.

Can I modify my booking?
No. All bookings are confirmed. If there are any changes in your plans, please cancel your booking as soon as possible and make a new one.

How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking through the booking confirmation email, your booking section in your account or even calling the restaurant yourself. As soon as you know that you will not be able to make it, please cancel as soon as possible.

What happens if I don't honour a booking and fail to cancel prior to the booking?
If a diner does not honour a booking, and fails to cancel prior to that booking, in more than 1 occasion then Restalo reserves the right to terminate the users account.
