P. How can I sign up with Restalo.com?
R. Fill in the Join now form and click on “send details”. Your restaurant application will be evaluated by a member of our team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

P. Are there any charges to register?
R. Restalo.com does not charge anything to register or promote your restaurant. We charge a small commission over the number of diners seated in your restaurant that have booked through our website. No charges will be made for bookings cancelled or no-shows. If you win, we win.

P. My restaurant already appears at Restalo.com. Can I start receiving bookings?
R. At Restalo.com we want to offer the most complete restaurant guide. Therefore, we add basic information about all the best restaurants in Spain, however, if you would like your restaurant to have a full dedicated page with pictures, videos, on-line bookings and many other promotion options we will have to activate these services for you. Remember that Restalo.com does not charge you for these services.

P. Do I need any type of training to be able to use your extranet for restaurants?
R. Even though our Extranet for restaurants offers a wide range of tools to handle your bookings and maximise your restaurant capacity, it is very easy to manage. However, you will have a dedicated member of our team to support any of your questions, doubts or queries.

P. How do we update our availability, indicating when we have empty table or we are full?
R. You can update your restaurant availability online via our Extranet for restaurants. Also, as always Restalo.com will provide you with assistance if needed.

P. How do we receive the confirmation for a booking?
R. You can receive the confirmation by e-mail, fax, telephone or sms after a booking is made online.

P. Where and when does the customer pay for his/her restaurant bill?
R. The customer pays at the restaurant, like any other booking made via telephone. Restalo.com is a totally free service for the users.

P. What happens with cancellations and no-shows?
R. A customer can cancel at the restaurant or with Restalo.com, through a sms or e-mail always for free. At Restalo.com we don’t want you to have empty tables due to no-shows so we will notify you immediately after a cancellation has been made. Also, only registered users can make booking and we re-confirm all bookings 24 and 12 hours before.

P. What can I do to receive more bookings through Restalo.com?
R. It is important to offer a good service to obtain high ratings and excellent reviews from the customers that book through Restalo.com. You can also provide special offers and sufficient availability to attract more diners. If you are interested, our dedicated account team will be happy to help you increase your revenue through different online marketing strategies.

R. The preferred Restaurants are shown on the home page of Restalo.com inside the preferred restaurants section.
